Crystal Wasley

Bio

Crystal Wasley, a native of Carteret County, is a Nationally Certified Special Needs teacher employed by the CC Public School System. Crystal got her start in stained glass approximately 20 years ago when she took beginning classes from local artisan Carleen Robinson, owner of Treasure Trove Stained Glass. However, Crystal is mostly self-taught and works in both came and copper foil methods.

Crystal has been a member of CASG and The CCAC for about nine years. She has shown her work in various outdoor festivals as well as the Bank of the Arts in New Bern. She produces commissioned pieces for private home across NC, and her work is used by several local churches. Donated pieces have helped raise funds for local charities, schools and private organizations.
