East Point Oyster House

On the Gulf and over the bridge east from Apalachicola was once the East Point Oyster House, a favorite stop on our several trips to Arizona from Cape Cod. Hurricane Bob took it out a year after this photo. A search of underbrush nearby provided me with the sign on left rail 'Steamed Shrimp' which now sits with painted letters battered but legible on our mantle beneath this framed image. 12"x16" Original photograph by Norm Kenneally
